EVENT PLANNING PACKAGES

Partial Planning Services

This package offers a range of comprehensive services to clients that include:

 

- Arranging a meeting to tour the facility that the client has previously contracted.

- Coordinating with vendors that have been arranged by both the client and HC Events.

- Using the contact information and contracts provided by the client to confirm vendors and manage their scheduling.

- Creating a detailed timeline itinerary for the day of the event, which will provide the client with a step-by-step plan.

- Arriving at the venue/space at the designated access time on the day of the event to assist with proper setup.

- Acting as a point of contact for vendors throughout the event.

- Creating a table layout for the event floor plan.

- Holding a final walk-through meeting at the venue with both vendors and clients.

- Providing effective problem resolution, if required.

- Including a setup and tear-down fee of decor as part of the package.

- Offering a choice from three different floral centerpiece options, up to seven centerpieces for up to 50 guests (valued at $55 each), and a balloon backdrop/8x8 hedgewall valued at $500 (which can be customized to your color choices).

- Providing guest table rentals for up to 50 guests, guest table linens, garden chairs for up to 50 guests, and plastic china place settings that include dinner plates, salad/cake plates, cups, napkins, and flatware in your choice of gold, silver, or rose gold.

 

If the client does not require specific items, we are happy to substitute them with other items of the same price point.

Full Planning Services

This package offers a range of services that will help the client create a memorable and cherished event. The services include:

- Working closely with the client to plan and execute the event.
- Finding, touring and contracting a suitable venue.
- Finding and contracting vendors for the event.
- Conducting a tour of the venue to determine the setup and flow of the day.
- Consultation on design and decor, and creating a Decor Vision board.
- Creating a seamless timeline for the event.
- Developing an inclement weather plan for the day.
- Designing the table layout to ensure the proper flow of the day.
- Conducting a final walk-through with the client, venue and vendors 30 days prior to the event.
- Scheduling tastings with the vendors.
- Managing and coordinating guest accommodations.
- Providing a Day of Host on site for 4 hours of the event. If more than 4 hours are required, an additional hourly fee of $75 will be charged.
- Including a choice of 3 different floral centerpiece options, up to 7 centerpieces for  guest tables. Three options will be given to the client upon contracting. Also included is a

balloon backdrop/8x8 hedgewall  (which can be customized to your color choices).

- Providing guest table rentals for up to 50 guests, guest table linens, garden chairs for up to 50 guests, and plastic china place settings that include dinner plates, salad/cake plates, cups, napkins, and flatware in your choice of gold, silver, or rose gold.


If specific items are not required, they can be substituted with other items at the same price point.

Consulting Services Only

  • For event consulting services, HC Events can assist with vendor selection and event space layout to fit your needs at a rate of $100 per hour.
