Ceremony Floral Pieces

  • Aisle Decor & Florals (Lanterns with greenery and pillar candles on floor and up to 20 floral w/greenery chair ties). 

  • Altar Floral pieces - Option 1 >(Two high floral pieces, and two low floral pieces on stands Option 2> Full floral and greenery arch 

  • Welcome Table Floral Compote

Reception Floral Pieces

  • Centerpiece Decor & Florals (for up to 16 guest tables, 8 guests per table MIX OF (8) HIGH PIECES w/STANDS AND (8) LOW COMPOTE PIECES) OR  *(choose from any of the other previous centerpiece packages) 

  • COCKTAIL TABLE- Decor for up to 6 cocktail tables. 

  • Sweetheart Table/Head table w/backdrop- 4 high floral pieces and 4 low floral pieces w/stands (2) will be moved into reception from the ceremony, for a total of (4) High and (4) low pieces at Head table/Sweetheart with clusters of cylinder vases and floating LED candles/ gold candlesticks with LED taper candles. *or any option from previous packages.

  • Cake Table- Hoop table backdrop with roses, spray roses, and greenery. Includes choice of cake stand and dessert tiers

  • Fireplace floral piece with candles /or Staircase greenery flowing down full length of staircase with (2) florals swags at end of staircase w/pillar candles lining each side of last 4 steps of staircase.

Includes 12 hours of "Month of Coordinating Services"

  • Day of Coordinating Services beginning at 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

**Please Notice*** All floral pieces are customizable to match your color palette, and upgrades are available upon request. No items can be removed. We can substitute/add items that you would like to trade out/addif you are not wanting to use all floral services included in the package. Any items substituted must be at the same value or lesser. 

HC Event Rentals

If you are in need of any rental items such as table linens, linen napkins, table/chairs and any place setting items HC Events can assist you with these rental items. Please let your Designer know that you are interested in these items!
